Compass for Mentoring and Coaching

A 6″ x 8″ laminate like card that guides the mentor/coach on how to listen and to understand within the mentoring/coaching relationship. The compass is a framework for applying the various behaviors of an effective mentor/coach. The card also highlights do’s and don’ts. On the reverse side are 32 high gain questions grouped to investigate, to lead to discovery for the mentee or to empower the mentee.
